All movies showing in collections instead of created collections

Hi there. I have something odd going on…
I painfully added a bunch of movies to different collections.
Since I restarted my server I have the following sensation:
It shows all my movies 1:1 in the collections tab as it does in my library…?
But on my phone the collections are still there…?
I don’t get it. Why does it not show the collections on my computer?

Any ideas?

Edit: I have a test account and if I log in with that account the collections show correctly.
So it’s only with my main account. And it doesn’t matter where and how I log into that account. In Collections it just shows me all my movies.

Can you try it at https://app.plex.tv and see what happens?

Which specific browser\devices are you seeing it happen? If browser, did you try clearing the cache?

Definitely odd… you’re still seeing the filter options under Collections so it’s like the entire panel isn’t loading correctly for you.

Tried a different browser. Even tried a different computer in a different network at a different location so that’s not it.

Before I do that…
What all will be set back to default?
Is it only the settings which I set for my account or will also the server be involved in some way?
Meaning: Will anything be reset which I changed in the server, let’s say I renamed a movie f.e. or any other settings?

It’s resetting/restoring the Plex Web customization and won’t change your server config.
From the label next to the button:

All Plex Web settings and customization will be reset and restored to their default state. NOTE: If settings sync is also turned on, settings on other Plex Web instances may also be reset. Use with caution.

then it will ask you to choose which libraries to pin.
