Collections Tab not Showing Collections

Hi All,

I’m having an issue with not being able to display my collections on the web app. I’m on Mac, using Brave browser (with adblock etc. turned off for Plex) and everything is up to date. Basically, when I click on the “Collections” tab, it is the exact same view as the “Library” tab, without even showing a single one of my collections. I am able to look at my collections through the filter view, so I know they exist, but I can’t actually get them to populate. I’ve heard that I need to hit “default settings” in the “Debug” menu, but I’m concerned I’ll have to fix a whole bunch of customization I’ve created for myself and other users (trailers, playlists etc.).

I’ve searched through here and elsewhere and have changed the collections setting on the specific library (from show to hide and back again) without anything changing.

Settings > Plex Web > Debug > Restore Defaults should fix this. This option will clear the web player preferences/customizations (e.g. which libraries are pinned to the web app‘s sidebar) — this isn’t changing anything about the server-side of things (e.g. your libraries, content, metadata, playlists…).
