I use the web access (app.plex.tv) to add tags to further filter my movies such as actor name and categories. This allows me to go into the “Collections” tab to find something I might like to watch. This has been working fine up until a few weeks ago. At that point, the Collections tab changed and is now acting the same as the “Library” tab, showing every movie title, rather than the tags.
If I open the Plex app on any of my tvs and go to the “Collections” tab, everything appears correctly (just the tags).
The incorrect view occurs on both of my computers on both Firefox and Edge.
I do not recall doing anything different before the change occurred and would really like to get this working properly again! Any suggestions on how to fix this?
