Where in the world is Collections: every single item on the net says “Click on the Checkmark”. There is NO CHECKMARK. Is this some kind of Pass only feature? Thx.

Had the same issue, since all the old how to articles were for the old UI.
Here is how you can create collections in the Plex web UI:

  1. Select a Library
  2. Select multiple items
  3. Click Edit in the toolbar
  4. In the modal edit window, select the Tags section in the left column.
  5. Click Collection field and enter a title for the collection.
