Combine libraries into one pinned item

I have a collection of educational items. Some of them, I have learned, are listed on TVDB with metadata, but most are not. The folder structure is as follows.

Education
     Business
     Graphics
     Personal Development
     {Scanned Content}

Currently, there is no way to create a single “Education” pinned library and have an agent scan a folder in it, while the rest are considered “personal video” items.

I created two libraries, one with the scanned content and the other with the non-scanned content, both named the same “education.” But that will result in two separate libraries with the same name, which is, needless to say, undesirable.

I would like to see the ability to create pinned items that let us combine the content of other libraries together and then choose how the content is displayed.
