Would be amazing to be able to create libraries that combine the contents of other libraries. My use case:
Folder Structure
movies/hd [movies not available in 4K]
movies/hdr [4K HDR movies]
movies/streaming [1080p versions of HDR movies]
Library Structure:
Movies (HD): scans movies/hd and movies/streaming
Movies (4K HDR): scans movies/hd and movies/hdr
The major downside here is that all the organization (collections, art, etc) for non-4K movies has to be done twice since they’re different library items. It would be amazing if I could have 3 libraries, one for each folder (all of which would be private) and then expose dynamic libraries that combine the others for different users.
Sorry if this is unclear, and I know it’s a big ask but I think other people would appreciate this feature as “play version” is pretty undesirable since I want to actively limit access to 4K content to friends who I know have a working 4K setup.
