Comcast changed channel numbers

Comcast changed all my channel numbers tonight so my channels don’t match up. Who do I notify to get this fixed?

Looks like I have the OnConnect EPG according to this. https://support.plex.tv/hc/en-us/articles/115001324354-How-to-tell-if-DVR-EPG-is-OnConnect-or-EyeQ But I’m not sure how to report this.

You can fix it. Go into the DVR setup and you can map the channels to what it should be.

I have to do this with BBCAmerica - it used to be 1225 but now it’s 1418. It appears something needs updated somewhere but for now I just map 1418 to 1225

Thanks. I did find that, but if the guide is updated, I shouldn’t have to do that. All my channels were renumbered so it is kind of a pain.

Any idea when something like this will be fixed? I reported this a month ago, but haven’t heard anything about it. I also reported it here: https://forums.plex.tv/discussion/281569/reporting-gracenote-epg-data-issues#latest
