Correct channel but wrong EPG in the program guide view

I’m in Colorado Springs (80920). The channels in question is 5.1 (KOAA), an NBC affiliate.
My system setup: CentOS server with Plex server version 1.7.2.3878
HDHomeRun Connect for over the air channels.

The channel setups are all correct. It shows the correct list of channels. The EPG is downloaded correctly. When I go to Program Guide -> Shows by channel, the channel 5.1 (KOAA) is shown as KO5MDD (SONLIFE) channel. There seems to be no way to correct this.

I’ve deleted the DVR and added back in to see if that corrected the mismatch. I’ve rescanned the channels to no avail.

The channel lineup is correct. It’s just that Plex seems to be pulling in the wrong EPG for this channel.

Same problem here (Falcon, CO 80831). I sent a support request to Gracenote (http://www.gracenote.com/contact-video-support/) with a summary of the issue. I’ll follow up if they respond.

Gracenote and Plex both appear to be working toward resolving the issue (thanks guys!)

In the Plex Pass EPG it now says “NBC HD” for channel 5.1 rather than (SONLIFE).

And the content is aligned with 5.1 NBC EPGs in other online providers e.g. zap2it.com, hooray!

There is still an apparent mismatch somewhere however, as the DVR settings for channels maps 5.1 KOAA HD to "5.1 K05MDD (SONLIFE).

So effectively the reverse of the previous situation in the settings and in the EPG. I think the good news is that the EPG now has the correct data!

Gracenote has not closed my support ticket yet, so I’ll update again if things change further, but looking better so far.

The EPG information is back to K05MDD and what appears to be SONLIFE programming information.

The Live TV & DVR DEVICE settings for CHANNELS “5.1 KOAA HD” is again mapped to “5.1 KOAADT (NBC)”

Hope that Gracenote and Plex are continuing to work this, the configuration has gone back and forth a couple of times, but it appears to be back to the problematic configuration for now.

I’m in the same region and having the same issue. I can delete my DVR settings entirely and re-scan the channels, and it’ll be correct. Then, at some point, the guide info from GraceNote changes 5.1 (KOAA, NBC local affiliate) to SONLIFE and breaks all of my recordings for that channel. I can change the drop-down for the station to be “Channel 30” (K30AA) but then it re-sorts the channels accordingly, and that has its own annoyances.

From what I can find, Pueblo’s 5.1 is K30JMD. I don’t know why the information changes or why it would think our area would be getting Pueblo channels.
