I decided to turn off the feature since about 5% of my recordings are plagued with problems. I go to uncheck and see they are all unchecked. I check and it still commercial skip. I uncheck and still commercial skip. I uninstalled Plex and installed the 1.9 version before the feature and it still commercial skip. This is a bug and issue that it will not stop. There must be a code in a file that is telling plex to process the commercial skip. Can someone from Plex advise where the commercial skip line is so I can delete it.
Well I figured out the issue if people cannot turn off the commercial skip. There is a master Commercial Skip in the DVR settings. I found my own answer and Plex did not help.
