I just set up the DVR. Noticed the window to implement a post processing script. I used it to point to a batch file that runs comskip.exe. The script is working and Comskip is marking the video to skip commercials. Unfortunately, PLEX does not support comskip, so I must play back the recording in NextPVR to skip commercials. I would like to see PLEX support comskip commercial skipping or implement another commercial skipping set up.
