Commercial Skipping Not Working

Server Version#: 1.21.0.3616
Player Version#: 7.10.1

I enabled “Detect commercials and mark for skip” for all shows about two weeks. The shows record, but while watching them I am never giving the option to skip commercials. I have recorded over 10+ shows with this option and none of them have worked.
