[image] bowsettemario: I have checked the ‘Use hardware acceleration when available’. Did you also check Use hardware-accelerated video encoding? Do not check Enable HDR Tonemapping. That uses the CPU, not the GPU, and the Celeron is not strong enough to tonemap using the CPU.

yeah I have checked both of them and uncheck the HDR tonemapping, but it still uses CPU on transcoding. I also tried using container to mount the /dev/dri in runtime and it is still not working. I guess this model is not supported by plex yet. :sob: :sob: anyway, thank you!
