Connecting to LG TV to stream media

I have Windows 10 and have download Plex Media Server. I have Plex on my LG TV and have setup a Plex Server on my PC and called this (6345789-dtp-crsh) and I have several Movies inside.

I have setup Remote Access and it says - “Fully accessible outside your network” with private and Public IP’s Public = 192.168. I am not sure if I should manually specify a public port (This is unchecked with 32400) Private = 31.185, my ISP is PlusNet but when I go onto Plex on my TV I am unable to see it either under Photos/Videos or in the Plex App.

I have signed into Plex with my account and under Media Server Settings, I get the message

"Having trouble accessing a server?

Can anyone tell me what to do or if anyone has sucesfully set this up please guide me.

Double check and make sure you are using the same account on your server and client?

Plex Media Server version? Will be 1.x.y.z, not 4.x.y.z. See Authorized Devices.

Is the LG local to or remote from the Plex server?

If remote, can other devices stream from the server - phone/laptop/etc?

Verify your remote access configuration.

192.168.x.x is a private network. 31.185.x.x is a public network.
