Connecting to my Plex server from the app

Good morning,

I come to you because I have a problem with my Remote Access,
everything is configured as required, I access my Plex with the IP address of my router. But unable to connect with the application on my iPhone. When I go to Network, Server Connections, and put the IP address + Port of the Remote Access, I get a connection error.

I’m going on a trip in a few days and I wish I used the Plex app and not my IP address.

Are both the server and iOS app signed in with the same Plex account – in that case you shouldn’t need to create a manual server connection.

Of course they are connected to the same account. It works in wifi connected to the same network as my Plex server on Raspberry, but as soon as I switch to LTE, I no longer have access to my Plex via the application, only on Safari via the raspberry ip
