The server is accessible outside of the network, I’ve opened the appropriate port on the firewall, and I can access it via external IP everywhere I’ve tried. The app works flawlessly on my Android Nexus 6 on Sprint LTE but won’t connect at all on my iPhone 6 which is on the exact same cellular network. The iPhone sees the server on my Plex account but times out trying to load it and when I try to manually point it to the external IP and port, I get a 401 error. It works fine if you are using the server locally so its not a compatibility issue I wouldn’t think. Not sure what I’m doing wrong, everything is fresh and updated, and all of my other devices can access it remotely except for the iPhone.
Server is fresh install of the current version of Ubuntu Server if that matters.
