Connecting to Server via Samsung Smart TV

I have upgraded to the latest version of Plex on my Samsung Smart TV and now I can’t connect to my friends server. Previously it connected easily every single time. When I try to connect to it now, it says, “Please verify that the server is running and has a network connection.”

I can confirm that the server is running and has a network connection.

Do I need to change anything in my settings?
