Samsung smart t.v. will not connect to plex server on desktop. Get message undefined undefined - desktop
Have you been able to connect to your plex server before?
What is the Plex server installed on (“desktop”, I assume, but what kind)?
What version is the server?
Can you connect to the server using a web browser?
Have you used Plex long, or is this a new server?
I ask because this is not a normal error message, not one I’ve heard before.
Yes, I have been able to connect to the plex server since 2015.
Plex server is installed on a Dell XPS 8300, old, but still works.

I guess that is where the problem is, it’s a new server, I had to replace the old drive that crashed. Important detail.
Everything seems to be working on the desktop but the Samsung Smart TV just can’t connect to the server.
Used secured connection on and off.
Maybe it’s Samsung that does not support plex anymore. Don’t know.
