Connection to PLEX server lost

Hello,
Problem still not fixed.
Do you think there is a chance to fix it reinstalling entirely the NAS after reset.
I can do it but require 48 hours to restore datas on NAS.

We can’t resolve why you’re getting CURL error 60.

If you have no proxy or other VPN interfering, the only thing it can be is the ISP playing games.

We would like to suggest manually setting the QNAP’s DNS resolver addresses
to 1.1.1.1 and 8.8.4.4

1.1.1.1 is Cloudflare and safe to use.

Once you switch this, and restart the machine, it would make sense to try using UserCredentialReset.sh or claimpms.sh
