Connection to server is not fast enough

I have a movie 4K the keeps saying the connection to the server is not fast enough. I have the nvidia shield hard wired 1Gbps and my desktop Plex server 1Gbps hard wired. what else can I check? Just to add that all these video files worked 100% last week, I watched the movie straight through. Not sure if something changed on plex server software (i’m running Version 1.14.1.5488) I also have an AMD FX-6300 with 16GB ram that I formatted , installed plex server and have same issue so I know its not my server. Tried using my Nvidia shield and Xbox One both hard wired and server is hard wired same issues

I figured it out, its some sort of issue with downloading the file from my google drive. I copied the same movies directly to my PC and they work fine
