I’ve been running Plex on a Synology DS916+ for a few years. In December 2023 I upgraded my RAID. There was a lot of disk activity as I sequentially pulled the old drives one by one and replaced with new ones. This was understandable. Nonetheless - constant disk activity has persisted. I reached out to Synology and they effectively responded to stop Plex as the #1 solution (see snippet below!). They didn’t even know I have Plex so I’m guessing this is a common Synology vs Plex issue?
I would, of course, prefer not to stop Plex!
Does anyone have any recommendations on what Plex might be doing and whether it’s been unfairly blamed?
Many thanks
Nikos

Could you please let me know if the Plex Media Server running on your device, if yes please disable it. Also, the following parameters and services may’ve caused it.
