Do you mean you are using an Apple TV or an app to watch Plex ?
Your speed test doesn’t look right either your upload speed is faster than you download speed
Is it your server if so on what and where is it located are you using windows or other operating system
Have you tried playing on a different device or like your mobile or something else

Yes i was refferering to watching on the apple tv plex app on multiple different TVs and locations. the plex media server is running on windows 11 with an intel i9-9900k with geforce rtx 3070 and 16 GB of ram.
the speed test is often like this at my house. higher upload than download… not sure why, but it has always been this way. Frontier fiber.
