Constant upload on bandwidth graph with no explanation

I’m not sure how to explain the constant bandwidth usage I’m seeing in Plex’s dashboard. I don’t see anyone streaming, and nothing is showing up under conversions. I suspect one of my users is syncing videos, but I’m not sure how to prove that theory.

Is there any way to verify where the data is going?
