Content from WD My Cloud showing as Unavailable

I have been using Plex for some years without issue, watching content thru Apple TV.
Lately the Server won’t update the information from MyCloud. I have not changed any details on either the Hard Drive nor the server. The content already on the server shows as Unavailable when clicking on it.
I have uninstalled the server several times again without success.

I am not very tech savvy and was advised that it should be plug and play with the MyCloud and Plex.
Can some please guide me in the right direction here, starting to get frustrated with the Plex system
