I have all my media on a WD MyCloud Home and I’ve been using it for over 12 months with Plex Media Server. I have added movies, tv shows and pictures. Each time I have added to the library I would just refresh the megadate and away everything would work.
About 1 moth ago I took and update for the Plex Server and no more access. except through the WD App. I have taken everything out of the system and reloaded it. At the computer I can see the majority of the TV Shows and DVD Movies. However when I refresh the megadata it makes no difference, no changes.
On all my devises I can see the Movies and TV Series but am unable to access them. When I do try I get a message that says unavailable.
I have turned off the virus protection but it makes no difference.
Can someone help me please.
