I haven’t tested this really widely as yet, but in the last few days matching content and fixing matches has been failing — the server can’t find anything. I’ve been seeing this with both music and audiobooks. I’ve not yet tried it with movies or TV shows.
I am seeing a lot of:

and similar related to service is currently throttled
Sounds like this might be plugin related since you are using a third party audio book plugin
Might well be. I’ve been encountering it with music too, but with audiobooks it was consistent and has remained so.
I’m about to switch over to Audnexus as the audiobook plug-in I was using has apparently been abandoned by both the original creator and the developer of the main fork of it.
@wyldemusick ALL plex plugins have been abandoned. Plex does not officially support audiobooks.
A bit of a misnomer, really. It’s not a plug-in of the type ditched by Plex, it’s a library agent that fetches metadata.
Those agents are there added via plugins which have been abandoned
