Data from plugins will not populate

Using Plex for audiobooks and the Audnexus and Audiobook plugins. When matching a file, No Match Found is displayed. Using the built in Last.FM doesn’t match anything either like it used to do. Movies match fine using Plex Movie but audiobook matching is broken.

That is the web app version number not the server. The server version number would be in the general section that is under your server name on the left sidebar of settings.

I don’t know anything about those plugins but if a Plex issue would need the server logs after adding something and scanning it in to see if there is an issue.

I’ve had the same issue for the past couple days. Originally thought it was an Audnexus issue, but now I’m thinking it may be the latest PMS upgrade.

Have you tried to roll back the update to see if that works?

Yep, just rolled back to 1.31.3 and it all works properly. No idea what Plex broke with the new update, but it should be looked into.

Can you rollback PMS on Windows 10?

Stop Plex Server using its tray icon.

Uninstall Plex Server with the regular ‘Apps’ control panel of Windows. Do not use 3rd party ‘uninstaller’ software like Revo etc. Do not use Registry cleaners/optimizers.

Go to your Plex data folder: %localappdata%/Plex Media Server/Updates/1.31.3.xxxx/packages/PMS1.31.3.xxxx.exe

Execute the installer for the previous software version.

Thank you for your reply, but did you try this too? I read about this on Reddit and someone mentioned that this doesn’t work anymore and I just don’t know anymore :frowning:

It definitely fixed the issue for me. What type of server are you running? This should work for Windows. Unsure about other OS. I also needed to turn off auto updates so it didn’t continually break my audiobooks.

The current server beta version mentions fixing Plug-Ins. It fixed the issues I’ve been having with Audnexus.
