Content not showing up

2 issues.

  1. I have content shows up on my server, shows up on Plex via my PC and plays, but does not show up on the App on my TV.
  2. I have content shows up on my server, shows up on Plex via my PC and plays and shows up on the TV App, but when I try to play it, it tells me “File Unavailable”.

Would need to see your server logs and the plex media info for one of the files that does this. Which of our apps are you using on your TV?
