When I open plex app on tv my media files don’t show up on tv.

e.g.
- have you been able to access your PMS on that client before?
- with which Plex client are you experiencing this (platform and version)?
- do you experience the same on other Plex apps?
- is this behavior limited to a specific network situation (e.g. are you on the same network or connected remotely)?
- what version of PMS do you have installed (and on which platform)?
Installed on new computer. Plex media server does not show tvs in authorized devices only server, Firefox, PLex Mediaverse. Plex media version 4.129.1. Worked on old computer Win10 but this Win11. When opening Plex on tv it will not show my media folders shows other Plex things like plex movies, tv, etc. Doing same thing on any device with Plex app. Both computer and tv on same network. Must be something in Plex media server not correct. Have claimed the server under account. Any suggestions would be helpful. Thanks,dan
Are all the libraries and media showing when you open Plex in your browser?
Have you signed the TV and other apps signed in using the same Plex account?
Yes they show up on computer. Yes same account on tv.
