Content Rating Filter Broke, Stopped Displaying

I group selected about 10 movies to change their rating from “None” to set it to just a blank field as I wanted to let my NFO meta pick it up.

Now when I go to filter my lists, Content Rating just shows:

Unable to load options

Any thoughts? Nothing is in the Plex log.

I guess I have found the following in the log, although not lined up to the time of the filter request:

Did I bork my DB?

so restoring a backup DB fixed the issue…
