I have latest beta of Plex. Is it possible to accidentally restrict the audience content for myself as admin? When I filter certain audience contents ratings in movies or tv shows nothing shows. The items show in the movie list itself, but the filter shows no entries? Any help would be appreciated.
Do you have a library language set other than English?
Edit one of the movies, and look what content is actually in the rating field. It might be different from what is shown on the movie’s preplay page.
Thanks for the reply. I have all set to English (Australian) (also tried English (UK)). Still the same… It is like there is a content blocker on MA15+ and R18+… I can see them in the listing and watch them, but If I set a filter for one of those two ratings, nothing shows?
Do the other ratings in your library also end in +?
I wonder if it’s simply the + character which causes the filter to fail.
Thanks for the help. That has fixed it, but can’t understand why it has always worked with the + at the end of the Australian rating up until a couple of months ago
