Content shows on Plex with PC but not on Samsung TV

I have added content to my NAS server, opened my Plex account on my PC and “scanned my library files”. I can see and play the content on my PC Plex account, but when I go to my samsung TV, content does not show up.

Is your media showing up in Plex after scanning it if you’re using the web app?
Is the Samsung client signed in to the same Plex account you’ve been using for the server?

Thanks for your response. Plex forced a change in user accounts a few months back and issued me a new account and the app on the TV was linked to one that was not updated. I had to reset the app and re-link the account to my TV. That solved everything. Thanks for your input.
