“Continue Watching” portion of Home screen on all players does not show.
This occurred when I moved the install from one windows server to another 2 weeks ago. After following the instructions of moving an install, everything is exactly as it was and worked perfectly, except for the Continue Watching on my player’s home screens. (tried Windows, Web, Android, Shield). I waited for a server update, hoping that would kick it back into gear but unfortunately the issue still remains despite having media that is only partially watched, as well as partially-watched seasons of a show.
I’ve done very basic troubleshooting such as resetting customization, unsyncing plex homes, and making sure instructions were follow in the Moving Plex Install instructions. I have also looked at several forum posts (all that I could find) about the Continue Watching section, none of which helped my issue.
Upon shutting down new system, and booting up the old one with old install, continue watching section works as intended.
I am assuming this is not a problem with player configuration, but with the server not correctly identifying and showing media for the Continue Watching section.
