Continuous autoplay not working on playlists after update

I have used Plex with no issues for a while. I have problems with the layout since the update but it doesn’t affect use as such so that’s not why I’m posting.
I have a tv show in my library that I’ve also used to create a playlist as this meant that it would play non stop and with no countdown between episodes as I use it for white noise overnight and the silence wakes me up.
Since the update, selecting the show from the playlist doesn’t seem to actually engage the playlist anymore. It opens the playlist but when you select an episode, it goes into the episodes information as if you have selected it directly from your library, then pressing play just sets playback as normal, without the benefits of the playlist (no countdown and continuous playback).
Has anyone had the same issue and found a fix?
I used the Plex app on iOS and Android, Plex hosted on a NAS
