Continuous Upload Bug in Plex Media Server

So I have had an issue with my media server recently and it’s occurred multiple times in the last 3 days (since I updated)

I have done some investigating into the issue and found that 2 IP addresses are downloading from my PC with the PID 15272 and the Image ID of Plex Media Server.exe.
As of typing this, it is currently uploading at 11Mbps to the Ether.

My results are as follows:

IP Address no.1

Image Name: Plex Media Server.exe
IP: 207.244.110.123
Hostname: LeaseWeb USA
Trace Location: Manassas, Virginia, 511-20109

##IP Address no.2
Image Name: Plex Media Server.exe
IP: 38.132.118.236
Hostname: Cogent Communications
Trace Location: Hialeah, Florida, 528-33018

##Other Quirks

  • When i close the server and restart it, the connection re-establish so something must be polling my connection.
  • When looking in the server, it does not state that anyone i have permitted is using my plex server.
  • The activity log shows nothing

PC Specs

  • Windows 10 Home 64-bit
  • Plex Media Server Version 1.9.7.4460
