Different ip address'

I’m seeing two different ip address’. One in the url box and the other in Plex.
Can someone tell me how to upload an image?

Drag & drop the image or use the UPLOAD (up arrow button at the top of the compose/reply box).

Let it upload and then show you a URL. (that confirms it’s up and complete)
