Control PS4 app with API

Can I control the PS4 Plex App with the Plex API, like I can with PMP?
I can successfully control PMP, and I try the same curl commands and I get errors.
Is the Port on the PS4 Plex app different?
Plex app v. 3.76.1

I can’t even control the App with the android app, it connects, works for 30s or so, then disconnects and then ps4 is not in list to reconnect until exit app and re-enter, repeat.
