Controller timeout

I use headphones with my xbox one exclusively using the Xbox headphone jack in the controller. Usually watching any content on previous versions of plex the controller stays on and I am able watch an entire show/movie withought it disconnecting. Now with the 2.1.2.70 update, my controller disconnects and shuts down after 15 minutes even while watching/using plex. I guess the controller thinks its idle and shuts down for power save, but this has never happened before. I now have to movie the control stick or press a button every 15 min or so or I will lose audio. Something must of changed in the last update.
Any help on this?

Ps. Using other apps (YouTube/Netflix) does not shut down the controller, just plex.

i would like to see a solution too. This is very annoying.

Yup, same issue here. Very annoying. Having to hit buttons on the controllers every 15 minutes so they don’t turn off.

I am also seeing this issue. A resolution would be great.
