Conversion Failed exiting playback error

It is occurring after few minutes of playback and I can’t figure out why it’s failing, I am fully up to date on Windows 10 and have tried numerous things to fix it please help, I have the logs and turned off verbose logging just before it happened again.Plex Media Server Logs_2018-10-20_07-21-53.zip (2.4 MB)

Changing the transcoder temporary directory off my SSD to my Storage hard drive has seemed to resolve my issue.
