Hi there,
I know there are a lot of reports about this issue, all stemming from the generic “Conversion Failed, Transcoder exited” error message. I have uploaded my debug zip file in the hope of a quick read on where I am having an issue. I’ve spent hours searching the forums and see so many “fixes” none of which I can find that help me. I have recently moved house and state and set up my Plex media server, which was successfully running on the same Windows 10 PC before I moved. Now, there are some movies in my library that simply wont play on any device - Samsung TV Plex app, IOS on IPad, another windows 10 PC running the Plex media player, Apple TV running Plex app. Wont even play on the same PC running the media server. In some instances I can hear the movie, just can’t see the video (IPad particularly when syncing the movie from the server to the iPad). In others, the movie wont start and then I get the conversion error. Any help would be appreciated.
