Windows 10 - Playback Error Conversion failed. The transcoder exited due to an error

I am running PLEX on a Windows 10 machine that is up to date. Certain movies work and others do not, it’s hit or miss. This is both on the Apple TV and FireTV PLEX App.

I have looked at other posts and tinkered around with the settings, but nothing seems to work.
