I get that error about every minute when streaming to my Xbox One.Plex Media Server Logs_2018-08-05_01-00-39.zip (1.5 MB)
The following errors shown in your log are a known issue with a Microsoft Update that has been mentioned on several other threads dealing with the phrase “Transcoder Error”

Please verify you have the following Windows Updates installed:
July 10, 2018 - KB4338819 (OS Build 17134.165) - which introduced the issue
July 16, 2018 - KB4345421 (OS Build 17134.167) - First fix
July 24, 2018 - KB4340917 (OS Build 17134.191) - Second update Microsoft released fixing issues
You may need to manually download the patches and run them. Please ensure you reboot after each patch to ensure the patch is fully installed.

Thanks! I don’t use these forums often so I’m not too great at navigating them yet. I just downloaded and installed the 07/24 update and it’s working fine. Thanks again!
