The last week or so, I’ve had complaints that streams won’t start due to the error “Conversion failed. The transcode exited due to an error”

I’ve not made any changes to the server and the server has been stable for the last 2 years or so. I’ve looked at the logs but nothing is jumping out at me. I suspect it’s to do with subtitles but I tweaked the subtitle settings to no avail.

<If providing server logs please do NOT turn on verbose logging, only debug logging should be enabled>

Just to update, I rolled back to Version 1.40.3.8555 and it seems to be working now.

I was having these same issues and completely disabled hardware assistance in transcoding to get unblocked, FYI

I turned off hardware acceleration, it worked! Cheers! This has been drying me crazy for days.
