Hello,
originally I was able to play trailers on the system while in trial. Recently I purchased a plexpass and discovered that trailers cannot be played due to error.
I’ve attached my log files.

Can anyone help me? I really would like trailers to work.
it is already set to maximum. Are there anything else I can try?
Looked all settings and only thing that had 2mbs limit was - Internet Streaming, Video quality. I changed it to maximum. Restarted pms, but still no luck. Same error comes when I try to play trailers
maybe updated logs can help. Trumpy81 - thanks for trying to help me, I really appreciate it.
I also see another problem… TLS connection error.

It can’t send out over TLS. A problem with the player in this case. Something is prohibiting a secure connection
are there a particular place i should check?
