I have been through several forums and posts regarding my error and I still cannot seem to find a fix for this.
Been fighting this error/issue for about a month now. I unable to watch movies or tv shows without the Plex transcoder bombing out several times. Any help would be greatly appreciated!
Error: Conversion failed. The transcoder exited due to an error.
Uncheck the server setting for Verbose logging, recreate the problem and then download the logs. From what little I could see the network is resetting.
I unchecked “Enable Plex Media Server verbose logging” Looks like some Verbose logging still makes it in there. Here are the new logs.Plex Media Server Logs_2020-05-26_10-32-03.zip (3.7 MB)
The clearest example I could find was where you were watching a show, the buffer filled up, transcoder idled and then died when the client asked to resume. What I’m not clear about is did it fail from network or missing / corrupted file.

There is a Plex for Max/Windows client that would be able to direct play the file instead of the browser if this is only client having issues.
You do seem to have a network configuration issues, en0 can’t find the default gateway and when it does it the it gets different addresses( 192.x to 10.x back to 192.x). Another adapter en1 was added and then dropped, was this intentional?
