Conversion failed. the transcoder exited due to an error

I have been receiving Conversion failed. the transcoder exited due to an error on a regular basis for quite a while now. I am running PLEX Version 1.20.0.3133. I have been running PMS for approx 3 years now and have 50 active users. I currently have 28637Movies and 1801TV shows (71098episodes). I have been receiving this error for the a few months now however the error has been occurring more regularly now. My windows version is 10.0.19041 Build 19041, my processor is a AMD Ryzen Threadripper 3960X 24-Core Processor, 4000 Mhz. I have disabled Automatically select audio and subtitle tracks (from another post) however this did not resolve this issue. Please advise what information you need so the issue can be resolved.
