"Conversion failed. The transcoder failed to start up." Error

Server Version#: 1.41.6.9685
Player Version#: 4.145.1

When I try to play my Bollywood movies, if the .srt file does not have “.en.srt” I get this error:
Conversion failed. The transcoder failed to start up

This is recent as it always worked before.
Any help or solution. I don’t like “.” in my file names
