Transcoder fails for Movie file

The Plex can play the file in my old server.

I tried to play one movie file on my new synology rackstation.

However, it cannot be played in the new server saying conversation failed and transcoder crashed .

I attach the logs.

Please help me to fix why The.Queens.Christmas.Speech.2009.720p.HDTV.x264-aAF file cannot be played in new server.

I did more testing.

While I remove the SRT subtitle document, the video can be played.

It only fails to play when I load the SRT file.
