hello - i seem to suddenly be having trouble with all mkv files - even ones i successfully watched last week.
i have done nothing at all to the system other than add a few more videos - but finding now they are not working.

not a happy customer at all… supposed to be movie night guys!
ive seen older threads re removing and then re-adding libraries - analyzing the file - NONE of these work! how can you break something that already works!!!
ok update - i am running the server in a container on QNAP - i decided to delete the container and rebuild it.
this actually worked for a while bit now error shows up again.
i know there was an update since the last time i used Plex and this would have done something to stop these movies from working.
still not happy. shouldnt have to uninstal, reinstal, rebuild libraries, etc - as many have done with this error - all of these take up valuable time.
get your updates together please Plex - it’s not the first time an buggy update has broken something.
Log files please (Settings - Server - Help - Download Logs) ?
