Dec. 23, 2020 - Since the latest update all my MKV files are not working correctly. Movies are skipping around on their own and now getting playback error message stating “Conversion Failed The transcoder excited due to error” on half of my movies.
I am having a similar problem, however, only some MKV files will play. Others error out with the same error. I did try to restart plex and that seemed to work. I haven’t checked all of my MKV files yet, however, the ones I’ve tried so far seem to work now. If you found another work around, let me know.
