Convert auto with subtitle issue

Player Version#: 8.7.3.21018 Last version of 4K amazon Fire Tv stick - Update October 8 2020

Hello all,

For some months, I have noticed playback failures or infinite loading while trying to play videos with subtitle enabled and the “convert automatically” mode. I have this issue since update 1.20.3252 and 1.20.2.3402.

Fix that !
